Our seafood gumbo contains a generous portion of shrimp and crab from Kemah, Texas, added to our gourmet dark roux and medley of celery, onions, poblano pepper, and garlic. At Gumbo Now we make gumbo from scratch using fresh ingredients.
Our Chicken & Sausage Gumbo starts with the same medley and utilizes smoked chicken, and handmade smoked sausage that imparts a subtle smokey flavor in the roux.
Both our crawfish etouffee and shrimp etouffee start with a homemade buttery golden roux made from scratch, and medley of celery, onions, poblano pepper, and garlic. We add to this an enormous amount of crawfish (or shrimp), to make a smooth flavorful etouffee that will make your head spin.

We have crafted an amazing head-turning crawfish etouffee with a golden roux made from scratch, and medley of celery, onions, poblano pepper, and garlic. Also available with shrimp.
